A coach, speaker and shamanic practitioner since 2000, she has been the guiding light for thousands of women to practice smart self-care when life gets chaotic and overwhelming.

She’s a firm believer in the power of community and guides her clients to build meaningful connections, so they never have to carry their burdens alone.
